Dave Hadfield: "North Star by Budd Car - It's no Pain to Take the Train". Dave is a pilot, singer/songwriter and an accomplished winter camper with over 20 years of  hot tent camping to his name.  Using the Budd Car train from Sudbury to access the little travelled crown land off the rail line north of Sudbury, he leads 2 week expeditions on snowshoe, pulling self-designed sleds and often with homemade gear,including stoves!

Shirley Lake-Blair: "Winter Camp without breaking your Budget". Shirley regularly leads groups of Scouts and others on their first winter camping trips. She shares her secrets to outfitting on a budget! (Hint: Think Value Village!)
Peter Desmet: Peter got his winter camping start cold-tenting and climbing in Sweden. Now he is in Canada, guiding for Algonquin Basecamp and introducing those new to winter camping to best practices for sleep systems, hot tenting, and other essentials for enjoying camping in winter.
